Anguid DCE

Anguid DCE is v.2 Consulting, Inc. proprietary system for collecting and analyzing the large amount of data  servers and systems generate on a daily and even hourly basis. We constantly monitor everything from log files to bandwidth usage to provide an early warning system and hopefully be able to find problems before they occur. Additionally we map trends in usage and provide regular reports to help even the best IT departments manage growth and future needs.
 
 
 
 


 
Monitoring & Response

We start by creating a complete document of your current infrastructure to understand the current services and systems in currently in place. From there, we build a comprehensive system to monitoring each service and system found during the discovery/documentation process. Finally we will tune our proprietary analysis tools to send out notifications and warnings in real time.

System Monitoring
With system monitoring, we are able to detect existing, current and potential hardware and software issues in near real time. As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, we can leverage our hardware expertise and ability to perform in and out of warranty repairs on your Apple systems often before the problem becomes a full-blown outage.


Service Monitoring
In addition to monitoring servers and physical equipment, service monitoring is accomplished by monitoring well known ports for each monitored service as well as log analysis and fault detection.


Port Monitoring
This option allows you to monitor Internet services other then listed above. Our agents will try to connect to the server specified on the specified port and see if the remote computer accepts connections on this port. If the connection is not accepted the service is probably down and the notification process will start.

Detecting problems while or before they happen is only part of the solution. During our monitoring processes, we will collect important information about your systems so we can provide proper and timely resolution to any issues that might arise.
